The H2B Seasonal Work Program offers an opportunity to work in the United States for up to a ten month
period on the H-2B Work Visa. Even though typically, programs are 5 - 6 months in duration, it is still possible
to find placements that will run for a year. Workers are mostly placed in, housekeeping jobs, cook, lifeguard,
restaurant food server, retail sales clerk, dishwasher, seafood processor, maintenance retail sales, kitchen help,
food servers,etc.

* Preparing employment agreements and placing you the applicant with an already screened employer
* Processing the Department of Labor certification application and the H-2B visa petition
* Ensuring employees are covered by adequate insurance
* Providing an Employer and Employee Handbook with information on how the program works
* Support for employers and employees throughout the entire program
* Guide to the United States for employees
